Hi, I’m Aman.For over 16 years I’ve worked with global organizations across geographies, transforming business, leading teams and managing C-suite stakeholders. It was fast paced, with little time to pause, until one evening I got promoted into a new role: Dad.My daughters have taught me more about leadership mindset, real-time problem solving, patience, resilience, receiving feedback and open communication than any corporate training ever could.Corporate Dad started as a place to share those moments, sometimes funny, sometimes emotional, always real. Today, it is becoming something bigger: a community for parents who want meaningful careers without losing the moments that matter most.
Because leadership does not end at the office.
